Atmospheric Testing & Space Programs

WELCOME TO THE ATMOSPHERIC & WARFARE TESTING SECTION OF THE ADC WEBSITE

This section is dedicated to informing everyone about the number and scope of atmospheric and upper atmospheric tests that are being conducted by the United States.  This include space tests, warfare tests, the chemicals and particles used in these tests, and other related information.

Technology and unlimited funding has joined together to create an atmosphere in which anyone (private individual, corporation, military, government agencies, universities, anyone with with money), can now conduct this type of testing without public knowledge, consent or oversight.

We live in a fragile environment which surrounds the Earth.  This cocoon protects life on Earth and is very fragile.  Since the 1950s the U.S. and other countries have been conducting atmospheric experiments which threaten this cocoon.

Since the 1990s this cocoon has been threatened with ever-increasing technology and experiments.  Our atmoshere is being used as an "Experimental Physics Laboratory for Conducting Tests" that threaten life on Earth.  There has been no public debate, no prior notification (most of the time), and no ability to limit or restrict testing that may harm the Earth or life on Earth as we know it.

In this section you will find information on the type of testing that is being conducted.  There are thousands of documents which are not represented on this section...too numerous to place on this website.  What you will find below are representative samples of the type of testing being conducted, who is conducting said tests, and other information.  I encourage everyone to investigate these topics and decide for yourself if our atmosphere should be used as an "Experimental Testing Laboratory" without your consent.

Book: The E-Bomb by Doug Beason

October 29, 2005 C-SPAN Presentation

Doug Beason discusses what he believes to be the approaching directed-energy (DE) weapon revolution. In, “The E-Bomb,” the author writes about how these weapons will use light-wave energy, the same spectrum of energy found in microwaves and remote controls, and will replace the conventional weaponry of today. Mr. Beason believes the introduction of these weapons might be more profound than the atomic bomb. Beason analyzes their implications and how they will impact the wars of the future.

Dr. Douglas Beason is the author of twelve books, including non-fiction as well as fictional, specializing in technological thrillers. He is an architect and leading expert of directed-energy research and has worked for the President’s Science Advisor in both the Clinton and Bush administrations. He currently serves as Director of Threat Reduction at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Hawaii - Daily Mail.co.uk June 30, 2011 "...

Footage of this incredible bubble-like burst of light in the night sky was captured by cameras at an astronomical observatory in Hawaii. Sky watchers have been flooding internet forums with speculation about the burst, filmed by a webcam mounted on the Canada-France-Hawaii Telescope on Mauna Kea. Captured in time-lapse footage, the glowing sphere takes several minutes to expand until it virtually fills the frame - then it vanishes as mysteriously as it appeared..." Short Video
